About Alex Frood

Alex Frood is a British Expedition Leader and Photographer. He has worked, to date, on 22 overseas trips ranging from leading expeditions to performing recces for a large British expedition company. On his personal expeditions he has photographed part of a world first expedition to walk the Zambezi River, climbed a 6000m peak in the Himalayas and more. He holds the British qualifications of Summer Mountain Leader, Winter Mountain Leader and others. Alex passed his Winter Mountain Leader assessment at the age of 22 making him one of the youngest to do so.
